Welcome to Mohit Travels. The term ‘Mohit Travels’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ used on this website refers to the company - Mohit Travels. The term ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘their’ used on the website refers to the user of our website or our customer.

The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to customers passengers utilising the Services offered by Mohit Travels for the hiring of taxis

• The content of the pages of this website is for general use only. It can be changed without any prior notice.
• This website uses cookies for monitoring the browsing preferences of the users. If you do allow cookies to be used, the following personal information such as IP address and location might be stored by us for use by third parties: IP Address, Location.
• Your consumption of the information present on this website is completely at your sole risk. It shall not be our but your own responsibility to make sure that any product, services or information available through this website meets your specific requirements.
• This website contains material which is owned by or licensed by Mohit Travels. Reproduction of the material without our written permission is strictly prohibited.
• All trademarks reproduced in this website, which, are not the property of Mohit Travels, are licensed on the website.
• Unauthorized use of this website might lead to a claim for damage and/or can be considered as a criminal offence.
• We might provide special offers on some occasions. These offers can be subjected to additional Terms & Conditions which the user has to comply with in case he/she chooses to avail that special offer.
• If you wish to cancel the booking, then you can do that 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges.
• In case, you have any special request regarding your journey, it is your responsibility to inform us about the same beforehand, i.e., before tour confirmation. We will see if your requirement can be fulfilled by us or not and will let you know about the same, so as to help you in making a proper decision. We are not to be considered liable, if such requests are not met partially or fully.
• Consuming intoxicants or smoking inside the taxi is strictly prohibited. The cab driver has the right to refuse such a pick up or can ask the passenger to change the taxi if the customer is found to be in an intoxicated state or is found misbehaving with other passengers or the cab drivers, or is causing any kind of nuisance.
• Littering the taxi, misusing, soiling or damaging any of the devices (technical/non-technical) is not allowed.
• The cab drivers can refuse the request of breaking any Traffic / RTO / City Police and government rules for any purpose (especially reaching the destination earlier). The driver has the proper right to refuse such a request or demand made by the customer. The cab driver has the right to refuse such a pick up or can ask the passenger to change the taxi.
• Asking the cab driver to board passengers more than the seating capacity of the taxi can lead to cancellation of the booking on the spot by the cab driver. The company has a pre fixed number of maximum passengers allowed in a taxi according to the car type. The customer is not is a position to pressurise the cab driver to board more than the allowed number of passengers. The cab driver as the right to decline such a pick-up.
• If the customer wishes to travel to far off locations, then that customer will be liable to pay extra charges.
• In case, if the customer misses his/her train or flight or bus, Mohit Travels will not be liable for any kind of compensation. The customer should make an alternate arrangement if the cab has not reached due to any reason.
• The luggage or items of the passengers in the responsibility of Mohit Travels. Mohit Travel encourages all its customers to take complete responsibility of their luggage. In case of lost items inside the cab during the journey, Mohit Travels will try its best to find them. But if the item is not located, then Mohit Travels is not responsible for the same.
• If the customer has any complaints regarding the services or if the customer leavers any luggage / items in the cab, the customers has to inform Mohit Travels of the same in writing within 24hours of using the taxi or the Services of Mohit Travels.
• Mohit Travels will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the service offered by Mohit Travels, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental and consequential damages.

Mohit Travels does not make the following promises:

• The services provided will meet the customer's demands.
• The services provided will be timely or hassle free.
